REsimpli 6.0 went live for every account. Drip campaigns arrived switched off, Zapier had to be reconnected and ringless voicemail was discontinued, per REsimpli's own transition notes.

November 1, 2026

Legacy pricing ends at each customer's first renewal on or after this date, per REsimpli's terms. New plans start at $249 a month billed annually, with AI features as paid add-ons.

Your data, today

The new Open API reads leads, buyers, call logs and appointments, but cannot update records yet and only works on 6.0, per the help center. We migrate with or without it.

Sound familiar?

These are the things REsimpli customers say most often in public reviews and forums. Every quote below is an excerpt from a real post, linked to its source, so you can read the whole conversation.

  • The 6.0 relaunch broke what was working

A forced overnight upgrade, an outage, automations that arrived switched off, and days of relearning in the middle of deal flow.

"The update completely wiped out legacy workflows. Years of carefully built automations vanished overnight."

    Trustpilot review, September 16, 2026
  • The bill keeps growing

Add-ons, credits and AI agents priced on top of the subscription, and a renewal clause that re-prices legacy accounts.

"It was hard to tell if they added a feature to make the system better or just to solely find a way to charge another $99 a month."

    Reddit, r/WholesaleRealestate, October 2025
  • Annual lock-in and no refunds

Charges are non-refundable once incurred and annual plans cannot be downgraded mid-term, according to REsimpli's terms.

"Charged me for $3800 for the year and they refused to refund."

    BiggerPockets forum, 2025
  • Support that arrives too late

Chat that waits an hour, tickets that wait days, and an account rep whose calendar is a week out.

"To schedule a call with our account Rep takes 6 days. His schedule is that far out."

    Trustpilot review, March 5, 2026
  • Your data is hard to get out

Export happens one pipeline at a time, activity logs and notes have no export, and the new API cannot update records yet. Phone numbers are provisioned under REsimpli's carrier account.

"You don't own the numbers you use in their system (and pay for monthly) so they have you locked in if you're thinking about switching CRM's."

    Reddit, r/WholesaleRealestate, September 15, 2026
  • Too many clicks for simple work

Reps report popups on every action, notes and texts sitting side by side, and a learning curve that eats the first month.

"Too many restrictions and rules. Too many steps to just do 1 thing. Its insane. You're supposed to make my life easier, not more difficult."

Reddit, r/WholesaleRealestate, October 2025, a team of nine
  • Texting and calling you cannot rely on

Weeks of 10DLC registration before a single text goes out, numbers reclassified as landlines, and missed inbound calls after the update.

"Numbers I've been texting for months are suddenly being identified as landlines, so the system won't let me send them SMS messages."

    Reddit, r/WholesaleRealestate, September 17, 2026
  • Reporting that owners cannot use

Dashboards cannot be printed, shared or exported, per REsimpli's own list of known limitations, and metrics cannot be customised.

"As owners, we could not get a usable snapshot of team activity; we resorted to Slack for basic coordination."

    Reddit, r/WholesaleRealestate, October 2025

In fairness: REsimpli's founder replied to many of these threads in person, and on September 17, 2026 wrote "We should have handled the transition better." Plenty of investors are happy on the platform. This page is for the ones who are not.

What changes when your CRM is HubSpot

HubSpot is not a wholesaling-specific tool, and that is the point. It is an open, documented platform that your process shapes, instead of the other way around.

What we migrate

This is the full inventory of what a REsimpli account holds and where each piece lands in HubSpot. Most migrations use part of it. We scope yours against this list so nothing is forgotten by accident.

People and companies

  • SellersContacts with every phone, email and mailing address, deduplicated across properties.
  • Sub-contacts and relationshipsCo-owners, spouses and heirs kept as their own contacts, linked to the primary with a labelled association.
  • Buyers and buying criteriaCash buyers with target cities, states, tags and status, ready for dispositions lists.
  • Agents and vendorsContacts and companies with categories, so title, lenders, contractors and referral agents are one search away.
  • Companies and entitiesInvestor LLCs and vendor businesses as company records with their people attached.
  • Opt-outs and consentDo-not-text and do-not-call flags carried over so nobody gets messaged who asked not to be.

Properties and pipelines

  • Leads as dealsOne deal per property lead, in pipelines that mirror your REsimpli statuses, or a redesigned process if you want one.
  • Residential and landAddress, county, APN and property type kept as properties on the deal, or on a property record when one seller owns many.
  • Dead leads and reasonsClosed-lost deals with the dead-lead reason preserved, so the reason report survives the move.
  • OffersLast offer, format and terms on the deal, with the full offer history as dated notes or events.
  • Transactions, sold and rentalsUnder-contract details, exit type, closing details and profit as deal properties in a transaction pipeline.
  • Status historyEvery stage a property passed through, with dates, written back to the deal timeline.

Activity history

  • Notes and @mentionsEvery internal note as a HubSpot note, dated to the original moment and attributed to the person who wrote it.
  • Call logsDirection, duration, outcome and the rep who made the call, as call records on the contact and deal.
  • Call recordingsDownloaded and re-hosted so they play from the HubSpot record, or archived with a link when you prefer.
  • Text conversationsSeller and buyer SMS threads logged as messages in order, both directions.
  • EmailsSent and received emails attached to the right contact and deal.
  • Tasks and appointmentsOpen tasks re-created with owners and due dates; completed ones kept as history; appointments as meetings.

Marketing and outreach

  • Campaigns and lead sourcesPPC, direct mail, cold calling, referrals and every other source kept as reportable properties.
  • MarketsMulti-market operations keep their market on every record for routing and reporting.
  • Tags and custom fieldsTags become multi-select properties; custom fields and custom questions become typed properties with their answers.
  • Drip campaigns and automationsInventoried step by step and rebuilt as HubSpot workflows, switched on only after you approve each one.
  • Web forms and seller sitesLead capture rebuilt on HubSpot forms so new leads land in the right pipeline on day one.
  • Phone numbers and 10DLCA porting plan for the numbers you want to keep, and a texting setup that is registered before cutover.

Team and setup

  • Users and ownershipEvery REsimpli user mapped to a HubSpot user, with a fallback owner for people who have left.
  • Roles and visibilityLead manager, acquisitions and dispo roles become teams and permission sets.
  • Lead routingRound robin, first to claim and manual assignment rebuilt as workflow rules.
  • Call outcomes and task typesYour customised dispositions and task templates recreated as picklists and task queues.
  • List stacking, handled deliberatelyLicensed prospect data is not a CRM record. We help you decide what is a lead and leave the rest where it belongs.
  • Reporting rebuiltSpeed to lead, contact rate, appointments set, offers made, contracts signed and profit per exit type as HubSpot dashboards.

Files and documents

  • Property photos and filesPulled through the API where available and attached to the deal, folder by folder.
  • Signed agreementsExecuted contracts exported and attached so the paper trail travels with the deal.
  • TemplatesText, email and task templates rebuilt as HubSpot snippets, sequences and templates.
  • Reconciliation reportCounts per object and activity type, source versus loaded, with the exceptions listed. You sign off on numbers, not promises.
Where REsimpli's API does not expose something yet (notes and tasks have no endpoint at launch), we use its exports, its per-record activity feed, or a written request to REsimpli, and we tell you before the quote which route each item takes.

How the migration works

Six steps. Your team keeps working in REsimpli until the day you choose to switch.

  1. Assessment

A 45-minute call about your pipelines, your team and what history matters. If your account is on 6.0 we ask for a read-only API key; if not, a pipeline export. You get a dated plan and a fixed quote.

  2. Extract everything first

We pull every record and every activity into a staging store before mapping anything, so the source can be counted and nothing depends on a second pass.

  3. Mapping sign-off

A field-by-field map of your data to HubSpot properties, pipelines and activity types, including what we recommend leaving behind. You approve it before anything loads.

  4. Sandbox load and review

The full migration runs into a HubSpot sandbox. Your team opens real records, checks timelines and reports back. We fix, reload and reconcile until the counts match.

  5. Cutover

A final delta load, users switched, forms and numbers pointed at HubSpot, and a reconciliation report signed by both sides.

  6. Coexistence and support

Keep REsimpli read-only for as long as you need. We stay on for the first weeks of live use and hand over runbooks and training your team keeps.

Three shapes of migration

Every migration is quoted as a fixed price after the assessment. These are the shapes most investors choose from.

Essentials

For solo investors and small teams who need their records and pipelines moved cleanly.

  • Sellers, buyers, agents and vendors
  • Leads as deals in mirrored pipelines
  • Tags, custom fields, campaigns and sources
  • Users, ownership and dead-lead reasons
  • Reconciliation report and a training session

Scale

For multi-market operators and brokerages with several teams and other systems in the mix.

  • Everything in Full history
  • Property records for portfolios with many deals per address
  • A coexistence sync while teams move in waves
  • Dialer, skip tracing, e-signature and direct-mail integrations
  • Reporting suite for owners across markets

HubSpot subscription tiers are chosen with you during the assessment. Some capabilities, such as sandboxes and custom objects, depend on the tier you buy.

Questions investors ask us

Do I need REsimpli's API for this to work?

No. The Open API is included on every REsimpli plan but only exists on 6.0, and at launch it reads records without updating them. If your account has an API key we use it for a faster, more complete pull. If not, we work from REsimpli's per-pipeline exports and its per-record activity feed. Either way you get a reconciliation report showing what came across.

How long does a migration take?

It is measured in weeks, not months. The assessment gives you a dated plan; the calendar usually depends on how quickly your team can review the sandbox load and on any phone-number porting you want done before cutover.

What happens to my phone numbers?

REsimpli provisions numbers under its own carrier account, and port-out follows its procedures. We start the port-out request early, register your texting with the carriers on the HubSpot side, and keep REsimpli live until the numbers are yours again.

Will my call recordings and text threads come across?

Call logs and appointments are readable through the API, and REsimpli keeps recordings for as long as an account is active. Where recordings and message bodies are exposed we download and re-host them so they play from the HubSpot record. Where they are not, we document the gap before the quote and give you the choice of an archive with links.

Will my team lose anything?

Not without knowing about it. We extract everything first, count it, load it into a sandbox your team reviews, and sign a reconciliation report at cutover. Anything that cannot be moved is listed with the reason and the alternative.

What about my drip campaigns and automations?

We inventory each one step by step, rebuild it as a HubSpot workflow, and leave it switched off until you approve it. Nothing sends by accident during the switch.

Can we keep REsimpli running during the move?

Yes. Most teams keep it live through the sandbox review and cutover, then read-only for a while after. For larger teams we can run a coexistence sync so leads created in either system show up in both.
